Process

Made with Love is a Spring 2022 transmedia marketing campaign that I produced for Aim Thai Restaurant, a Thai restaurant based in Houston, TX. Problem: Through the Spring of 2022, Aim Thai Restaurant wishes to launch a transmedia marketing campaign to promote the restaurant to new customers who are interested in trying out new cuisine in the North Houston area over mobile networks, social media, a dedicated website, an augmented filter, and a live stream. Solution: A transmedia marketing campaign with an interactive storyline was launched. The campaign had several different ways for audience to be a part of the campaign story, increasing audience engagement and interaction. These touchpoints included: social media polls, a campaign website, a 3D augmented reality filter, a livestream, and an in-person campaign photo booth.

Results

The two-week campaign helped the restaurant gain 77 new Instagram followers, while the AR filter associated with the campaign had 111 opens. The restaurant’s Facebook page reached 763 people, and the live-stream playback has over 145 views. This project won 3rd place in the 2022 RedFest contest at the University of Houston.
